Statutory minimum duties met
The company meets the statutory minimum requirements: a risk assessment is in place, BEM offers are made, the OSH committee meets (from 20 employees). No active BGM programme, but no obvious compliance gaps.
Structured BGM
Documented process, action areas identified
There is a BGM steering group or a responsible person. Action areas are identified and first measures are running. Metrics are collected but not yet systematically evaluated.
Active BGM
Measures running, metrics in place, tax exemption used
BGM is established in the company: several action areas active, metrics reviewed regularly, § 3 no. 34 EStG is used. GKV subsidies are applied for. Employees know the offering.
Excellence BGM
GKV subsidy, maturity reporting, management integration
BGM is a strategic management instrument. GKV subsidies under § 20b SGB V are used systematically. Maturity reporting for management/supervisory board. All 10 action areas covered. ROI is measured.
